Some features need an account. You are responsible for your login and for activity under your account. One person uses one account. Do not share your login or let someone else sit a test as you.
4. Purchases
Paid packages bought in the app are digital access to practice content on your account. Prices, what a package includes, and how long it lasts are shown before you pay. Payments follow the Payment Policy. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You may not:

- Reverse engineer the app except where the law does not allow this limit
- Interfere with the app, other students, or our systems
- Use the app in a way that breaks applicable law
6. Intellectual property
The app, questions, explanations, videos, branding, and software are owned by The Code Concepts or its licensors. Open-source components keep their own licenses, listed on the Open Source Licenses page.

We may update, change, or stop parts of the app. An update may be required to keep using it. Practice tools can be unavailable during maintenance or when your network is down.
8. Termination
You may stop using the app and delete it at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break this EULA or the Terms, including for shared accounts or misuse of content.
