Payment Policy

1. What you pay for

Packages in the The Code Concepts mobile app are digital access to practice content on your The Code Concepts account. The package page shows the price, what is included, and how long access lasts before you pay. The same account works in the app and on the website.

2. How payment works

Checkout is in Indian Rupees through Razorpay. You can pay with the methods Razorpay offers at checkout, such as UPI, cards, net banking, or wallets. We do not store your full card number. Razorpay processes the payment under its own terms.

3. When access starts

A package is added to your account after the payment is confirmed. If a payment fails or is abandoned, the package is not activated and you are not charged for a completed order. A successful payment can still take a short time to show on your account. Refresh the app or sign in again before paying a second time.

4. Invoices and records

After a paid order, your invoice and order status are available from your account orders. Keep the order reference if you write to support about a payment.

5. Pricing

The price you confirm at checkout is the price for that purchase. We may change package prices later. A price change does not alter a package you have already paid for.

6. Refunds

Refunds are limited to the cases in the Refund Policy. For a payment that did not unlock your package, or a charge you do not recognise, contact us with your order details.
